Talented staff

Over 15 full time passionate and talented staff make  up the team at Niche. We value organisation and good communication within our team and believe this is the basis for any successful project.

The makeup of our team always includes building apprentices. We believe in growing the futures of those starting out in the construction industry and giving our senior staff a chance to build on their leadership skills and pass on their experience.

We are committed to providing on the job learning as well as formal training. This includes learning best practice health and safety protocols to ensure our team is safe on any site.

Passionate management

Our passionate management team is made up of contracts managers, project managers, quantity surveyors and tradesmen who have extensive experience in the industry. This mix of skill sets gives us the ability to take on a vast range of jobs.

Subcontractors

We use subcontractors to enrich our offering. We acknowledge we’re unable to be an expert in all areas and call on the best to help us out. Our subcontractors have been thoughtfully selected based on skillset, relationship management, past experience, capacity and price.
